ThinHaus has our last A2410 Model, the test unit, for sale. It's a bit more than half way done and ready for you to complete. That means that it has our industry leading, 10' wide trailer (24' long) with insulated floor and complete electrical. The steel frame is done (two lofts and stairs) and the roof is complete. The Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump and pipes are in place along with the rough plumbing and electrical. Everything so far has been inspected and green tagged. It is 60% of a $125,000 build ($75k retail) that we have put over $60,000 of parts and labor into. If you want it and are ready to finish it off, we'll let it go for $42,500 plus tax (if you are staying in Arizona).
