It is Green-Certified, RVIA-certified, and ANSI-certified. About This tiny home was custom-built by Tumbleweed Tiny House Company in 2018. It was the largest Tumbleweed tiny home on the market at the time of purchase (has 2 lofts and a back bedroom with a closable door) and is 360 square feet. It has all cedar siding on the outside (recently painted and re-sealed) and pine wood on the inside. Propietary Air Exchanger It also has a proprietary air exchanger system to help minimize moisture build-up in the home and re-circulate air throughout the home. 4 Living Spaces This tiny home has three living spaces and a living room, which is rare for a tiny home. This is one of the largest tiny homes available on the market (that doesn't require a special permit for moving it). This custom eco-friendly cedar home is a Tumbleweed Farallon Alta and is built with beautiful cedar wood on the outside and cozy pine on the inside. Tiny home comes with a new RV Travel toilet and a new induction cooktop stove (both installed in the last year).
