This tiny home was custom-built by Tumbleweed Tiny House Company in 2018.
It was the largest Tumbleweed tiny home on the market at the time of purchase (has 2 lofts and a back bedroom with a closable door) and is 360 square feet. It has all cedar siding on the outside (recently painted and re-sealed) and pine wood on the inside.
Propietary Air Exchanger
It also has a proprietary air exchanger system to help minimize moisture build-up in the home and re-circulate air throughout the home.
4 Living Spaces
This tiny home has three living spaces and a living room, which is rare for a tiny home. This is one of the largest tiny homes available on the market (that doesn't require a special permit for moving it).
This custom eco-friendly cedar home is a Tumbleweed Farallon Alta and is built with beautiful cedar wood on the outside and cozy pine on the inside.

This is a green-certified Tumbleweed tiny home. All cleaning products used on the home were eco-friendly. All surfaces and walls were painted with no-VOC or low-VOC paints and finishes. The house is also very energy-efficient and has an efficient AC and heating system.

The tiny home has a 2-burner induction cooktop with an oven.
The tiny house has 4 distinct living areas:
1. Bedroom Loft with stairs: Main loft can fit a queen-sized bed (with stairs)
2. 2nd Bedroom Loft with ladder: 2nd loft with a ladder can fit a queen-sized bed
3. Back bedroom: Back bedroom that can be closed with a pocket door can fit a queen-sized bed or used as an office. Additional heater unit in the back bedroom to help keep you warm in the winter.
4. Kitchen: Kitchen with induction cooktop and oven.

Tiny home comes with a new RV Travel toilet and a new induction cooktop stove (both installed in the last year). A composting toilet is also available as part of the price if desired (normally would cost $1759 new from Tumbleweed) (amounting to a total of $28009 in savings compared to new with the composting toilet included).
