The Salty Tiny House!

Available July 1st, 2025!!! This tiny house was built in 2021 by two builders on a standard 16 inch steel frame with hurricane straps on the top and bottom. The roof is heavy gauge metal and the hitch has a 2 5/16 ball for transportation. The house has solar on top but it's currently not working as the batteries need to be replaced. It's hooked up to grid electricity which is solar fed from the main house. It's hooked up to septic and water, which is fully and professionally plumbed for long term living at the moment. There is a small washer inside the house and a clothes line to dry clothing. Tiny home insurance is paid on the house in full for the year. Most of the furniture and decorations will be staying in the home for the new owner. The tiny house is currently located in a quiet rural-suburban location and can be kept there for $1,200 per month to either one or two people if the house is purchased in full by them before move-in date. This will requite a background check and deposit. It's a 30-45 minute drive to San Diego and local beaches. Escondido also has a super cute downtown with lots of surrounding wineries and hiking trails. Otherwise, the new owner will pay for relocation.
