It is RVIA certified and built on a heavy duty triple axle trailer, specifically built for our tiny houses. This model is 3 bedrooms. The master is on the main floor and has a closet. The other two bedrooms are lofts. The tiny house is built with R13 rigid foam insulation in the walls and R19 in the floor and ceiling. It is complete with 2 mini split systems that provide both heat and a/c. The exterior is board and batten. The roof is standing seam skyline metal. The interior walls are shiplap. The ceiling is plywood and the floor is waterproof vinyl. The 9 windows are white dual pane low-e. The entry door is a 6' glass sliding door. As you walk in the door, you enter in to the kitchen area. Directly to your left is a kitchen pantry and the bathroom. In the bathroom, you will find a tiled shower with glass doors, side by side washer and dryer with shelves above, a flushing toilet, vanity and a linen closet. The kitchen boasts the pantry, an island, plenty of cabinet space, 27" stainless steel double door/bottom freezer fridge, plywood soft closing cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel sink, pull down sprayer faucet, upper cabinets & shelves, & 24" stainless steel electric range. The living room is complete with a ceiling fan/light combo and electric fireplace with mantle. The master bedroom is large enough for a queen bed but a full size would be more comfortable.
