Cabaña Café: Tiny Home (Unfinished)

Hello guys, I'm Sergio Baeza, an architecture student, reaching out to you for some help. I'm 80% done with my project Cabaña Café, it's a tiny house with the dimensions of 10'x20' with an optional loft addition of 10x10' total of 300sq ft. I incorporated a lot of custom work featuring stains, wood flooring, custom cabinets, full size bath, washer and dryer hook ups, and a beautiful exterior with a rustic feel. I just ran into a little problem- I ran out of funds. Im hoping to find someone interested in pioneering the development of a piece of land, maybe for a vacation home, temporary housing, or even a small residence. If there was to be land involved I have a small team that could help me do nice creative additions, making the project more attractive. I'm also here looking for someone to take over the project, I am willing to pass it on to someone that loves construction, development, design, or even simply to finish for themselves. I've invested over $22,000 plus my own labor, but I'm willing to pass the baton to someone capable of finishing the project.   It needs an estimated $5,000 to be completed. If you would like to finish the project I would consider all reasonable offers.   The estimate that I have is around 5k which covers certification, and avg finish material, of course if you have a finer taste in finish material it can be affected. And if you're getting extra help with labor the cost can be affected. I have the 2x6's and studs, flashing, and stained hardwood for the loft. Insolation , and the triangles you sit the trailer on. Which I would give to anyone interested in finishing the project.
