The bathroom has a standard flush toilet, on-demand propane hot water heater and stall shower. New appliances include apartment size fridge and propane stove for going off or on grid. Marine grade propane Dixon wall heater. Window AC unit. Additionally, the wooden hutch that fits perfectly is included upon request. Open layout build for your custom needs and open airy feel. Fully plumbed and wired with LED lighting throughout. There’s always easeful option for standard flushing toilet, rv water tanks, and again, off or on grid hookups. Exterior is board and baton 3/8 exterior plywood with 3 coats of Cabot premium stain and green metal roofing. This home is light enough to be pulled with a good v8 truck or more.
