Exterior of tiny house is standing seam metal in a charcoal color for almost all of the exterior siding. The windows are trimmed with a dark stained cedar, and also included a little cedar siding on the rear storage closet and front bump-out to warm it up a bit and has metal roof. The interior layout is simple with entry and living room toward the front, kitchen and stairs in the middle portion, and a bathroom at the rear. The front bump-out houses a large battery bank and solar equipment. Beatle kill wood ceiling and engineered wood flooring. Off-Grid solar system with 4 AGM batteries and 9 solar panels. Propane heat and cooking, with tankless propane heated water heater. The bathroom is basic with a 32″ shower, Nature’s Head compost toilet, small vanity, and storage closet where the water heater and water pump also live. The floor is tiled. The kitchen features a cream-colored quartz counter top, undermount sink, two burner cooktop, 10 cu ft solar fridge, and microwave vent hood. All of the cabinets are styled with clean flat faces and minimal reveals. There is a pantry cabinet and lots of storage under the stairs. There is a small hinged table attached to the kitchen cabinets, for intimate eating or other needs.
