Tiny Home // Shepherds Hut // Off Grid Living Tiny Home Our Tiny home has been built with clever design at the forefront, Maximising the space to replicate a small one bedroom apartment with all the necessary amenities inbuilt. The Project was created to allow the residents of the tiny home to live harmoniously within the space and have a great vision of the house’s surroundings . The Tiny home is built on brand new Galvanised chassis with aluminium SubFloor. The tiny home's exterior is clad in Torched Larch and Black corrugated sheeting, all the windows are double glazed and all walls fully insulated. The interior is clad in moisture resistant OSB with a white wash, Natural Cork floor sits throughout the space to help retain heat. All of the inbuilt storage is made from 18mm Birch Ply Clear coated and Stained throughout. The tiny home was designed with a minimalist take on the interior to allow the future owners to put their own stamp on it. Living Room is open plan with bifold Doors which open up to the outside world, a wood burning stove can be fitted if the customer wishes. The Staircase retains storage below to make best use of the space, with a storage area above the bifold doors. The Bedroom is a mezzanine structure that sits in the eaves of the tiny home, with inbuilt storage around the bed area and sliding window at the foot of the bed. The kitchen consists of two areas one with cooking in mind the other as a utility area for washing . It's small but has the ergonomics of a normal kitchen with all the basic amenities. The shower room is based on a standard sized shower room with a gas heated electric power shower , the toilet can be installed to the customer specification depending on their preference. Water can be supplied directly from an external source or a water tank can be commissioned for installation depending on the customers preference and tiny home location. Electric is supplied via a hook up at the hitch point of the Trailer , you can plug the tiny home into standard mains electric . The tiny home also has the ability to be set up for solar panel installation and “ Off Grid ” power though it is not included in the sale. The Tiny home can also be loaded onto a flatbed trailer and will meet the maximum height and width restrictions for UK roads. Delivery can be organised In the Uk or Europe.
