Tiny home / potential Airbnb

Need gone ASAP willing to make a deal! I'm selling my tiny home; nothing wrong with it I have to move and can't afford to relocate with it. The land I live on is being sold and I need sell this and move as soon as possible. This does need to be moved off the property. The company that originally built it will move it within city for around $450. The house is 12' x 30' and the only thing not finished is the bathroom. It will come with a shower and some piping for it; they are just not installed. Will sell with a lot of the furniture and appliances shown in the pictures. There is another window behind the couch that is currently dry-walled off but could easily be opened back up again. This will come with tons of extra flooring to finish off the bathroom with plenty extra. The included floor plan will list what the home comes with. This would also make a great investment for renting out with little work needed.
