We are selling our custom-built tiny home. This tiny house on wheels is on a 20ft long by 8.5 ft wide trailer frame with two lofts extending about 2 feet over the front and rear ends. The outside is wood with an attractive Shou Sugi Ban (charred and brushed wood) treatment providing a unique aesthetic and added protection against the elements. In addition to the main door on the rear end of the trailer, there is a Dutch door (also called a half or split door) on the side of the home. The roof is made of durable and lightweight Onduvilla roofing tiles. There is a water heater and a storage area in a contained outside closet built onto the front of the trailer. The home has lots of natural light in this house with two skylights over the larger sleeping loft and plenty of windows. Electricity is wired with an exterior light over the main door and lights installed with a Plum light system and some lights are dimmable. Pex flexible water lines and spray foam insulation are also installed. The interior has custom-built cabinets, fold-down table, and sitting bench that doubles as storage. The kitchen area has a beautiful sink with removable cutting board and drainer. It features a refrigerator with sliding drawer freezer and custom countertops. The gas stove with FULL SIZE OVEN is a 4 range, currently set up for propane but can convert to natural gas. The tiled shower with soaking tub is custom made. The home also comes with a Nature's Head composting toilet, Panda clothes dryer, and range hood. There is an area where a small A/C and/or heater could be installed and an area where a chimney could be installed through the roof if you wanted a wood burning stove. The pictures do not do it justice! This house can be lived in full-time or could be your beautiful vacation home, mother-in-law, rental or travel trailer. This home was built to last.
