We love this home, but our family just grew by one more and we will need a baby-friendly home soon. This home was custom made by MitchCraft in 2020. Home can be hooked up to power or run fully off solar (8 large solar panels may be included in purchase if desired; price includes solar panels). Solar package alone (deep cycle battery, inverter, and panels) is valued at over $20k+. Home also includes two sources of heating: a very efficient propane heater that kept us warm when temperatures reached below zero; and a mini-split with both AC and heat. This tiny home boasts a whopping 10 windows!! Two of these windows are skylights that open up to the rooftop and are great for stargazing on clear nights. This tiny home also includes a four-burning stove/oven combo that runs on propane to save on the electricity, a combo fridge that can be run on propane/electric, on-demand propane water heater, and a Splendide washer/dryer combo unit. Bathroom has a standup shower (no bathtub). Lastly, the trailer is a very sturdy, triple-axel trailer made by “Trailer Made Custom Trailers, LLC” and can be pulled on highways WITHOUT a wide-load permit.
