This tiny house is our first historically accurate THOW. Built on a new, tiny house trailer to meet all highway safety regulations, this beautiful house was constructed with premium materials and custom woodwork throughout. Historically accurate finishes including cypress siding, metal roofing, wood windows, custom front door and floor to ceiling window. Heart pine flooring throughout. Shiplap walls with salvaged wood gable details. Sleeping loft large enough for a queen size bed. Set up for a full kitchen and bathroom. Dual propane and electric system for flexibility. Conventional toilet and shower. The design of this house was inspired by the beautiful, historic shotgun houses on New Orleans. If you love New Orleans architecture as much as we do, you wont find a prettier tiny house! It is currently being rented as an art studio at our commercial location in New Orleans.
