"Big Tiny"

In 2022 we purchased "Big Tiny" which features over 400 square feet of standing living space and 300+ feet of loft space. She's got a full kitchen, full whirlpool tub, and even a bonus bedroom or office. She was purchased in California and brought to Maine, finished and winterized. We added new piping, shelving, stairs, drywall, window frames, a washer and dryer, dishwasher and a sliding glass door that could easily go out onto a future deck, updated electric, a brand new heat pump and more. She's also got a 2024 Incolet incinerator toliet inside, but the hookups for a flush toliet remain intact. Propane water heater is installed for hot water and cooking. A few more updates are needed including cupboard doors, but she's gorgeous and very livable! Skirting included with purchase. With tire's re-attached, she can be moved by a 5th wheel. Deliver included at an extra cost.
