Working Class Tiny House
Monroe, MichiganListed March 21, 2017
$50,000

Description
Two-loft tiny house on a 24' trailer. 8'6 wide, about 13'5 high. Nice sized bathroom with closet, big enough for washer-dryer or water storage. Check workingclasshouses.com for a video walk-through. Located in Lansing, Michigan. Rockwool insulation in the wall, foam insulation in roof, standing-seam metal roof. Woodstove.
I built this and spent a number of nights in it, but never actually lived in it. Would love to, but life happens and my partner got a job overseas, so I can't keep it. It was designed to be suitable for taking 'off-grid' and kickstarting a homestead or would fit perfectly in someone's backyard as AirBNB rental or home office/guest house. Check out the video, email me if you have any questions, or to see it if you live in the area. Asking $50,000.
