28' WIP super insulated Tiny House on Wheels

*price is negotiable* For sale to a good home, this cute 28-foot tiny house on wheels! It's about 90% completed, so whether you want to finish it yourself or make some changes, this is a great project! The shell, including the floor and ceiling, are made of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) that make the house quite airtight and incredibly efficient to heat and cool. The panels were manufactured by a company called Enercept, and we constructed the house after they were delivered. This house is ready for extreme temps! Most everything else on the inside is made from recycled/reclaimed materials. With lofts included, the total square feet comes to just under 300. Includes ERV air exchanger, flush toilet, full stove/oven, direct vent LP wall furnace, apartment fridge available if interested This has been a long-term project, as I can only work on it on the weekends.
