Tiny Shed or Office
Missoula, MontanaListed March 17, 2025
$22,000

Description
I built this tiny home in Montana. It’s built to last and endure. It’s insulated with sheep’s wool, has a smart membrane called intello to make it a passive house (I.e. energy efficient), and comes wired for 50 amps (I had a master electrician out four times to check my work) and has two air exchange fans with built in heater. This allows you to get fresh air while keeping all windows and doors closed during the winter. All interior waxes are linseed oil based and have no toxic off gassing to be concerned about. I don’t think you could live in this because there isn’t room to put a bathroom but it would make an excellent ADU, office, or studio. I built this with a lot of thought and effort. Would love to see it find a good home. Thanks!
