We have just purchased this new gorgeous tiny house ourselves and are only selling it due to unexpected live events. This isn’t an ordinary tiny house, this is what we call “apocalypse safe”. It’s comes completely off-grid ready equipped with strong solar panels, a water filtration system, a built in brand new propane stove, an incinerating toilet (no black water tank needed ever!) and a queen sized ground floor bedroom. Details: Features brand new flooring and incredible sunlight throughout. The master loft fits a queen mattress, has ample closet space and 3 textured windows. The second loft could be used as an extra sleeping loft or a cozy TV space. It can fit a king mattress. 

This tiny has a bolted down, free standing deep soak tub! And a washer/dryer combo! The true sustainability highlight however is the propane-powered incinerating toilet (Eco John). Unlike a composting toilet there is never any smells! The plumbing is cleverly interior, so there's no need to worry about freezing. There’s also a new A/C Unit that easily cools the whole house and can be powered with solar. This is an all season home! 

The kitchen has a stainless steel farmhouse sink and the aforementioned propane powered stove, as well as open maple wood shelving. It comes with a brand new still packaged giant fridge, that you can swap out or keep!

The spacious ground-floor bedroom could be used as an office or living space. It has its own door and two windows. All stairs are storage drawers. This Tiny comes with a Verizon Hookup Box, all RV type Hookups, on a very well maintained new-ish trailer.
