840 Square Feet House by Studio Shed (Louisville, CO)

I have a new 840sf (42 x 20) ADU Summit Model building shell build by Studio Shed in Louisville, CO. Note: The image on this listing depicts a similar version of my Summit Model. The actual structure is the same dimensions but the exterior would be different and the siding would be at the discretion of the owner. Please see the two images for the floorplan and illustration of the 840sf building. I bought this building intending to add an ADU to my property in Santa Fe, New Mexico, but I have had a change in plans due to health reasons. The unit has been shipped from Colorado to New Mexico and It is currently on five pallets at my residence in Santa Fe. Studio Shed has provided complete plans and I have completed the permitting with the City of Santa Fe. Included: • 840 Square Ft with large open-concept living and kitchen area with French Door opening to the outside, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. • Interior framing – walls for bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry areas • Framing for 2-beds/closets • Framing for 1-bathroom • Framing for laundry • Both bedrooms have doors opening to the outside • All windows are included • Complete floorplan/plans/specifications for permitting purposes Not included is any interior finishing: wall finishing, flooring, insulation, cabinets and sinks/shower/toilet for bathroom and kitchen, interior doors and closet closings, electrical, plumbing, etc.
