Tiny house on wheels built by local builder. This tiny house is on a car trailer (6x18). It is approximately 100 square feet. It features a kitchen with propane apartment sized stove/oven, sink, fridge. It is built to hold a queen mattress in the back. No bathroom. Fully insulated. Exterior is mostly metal so maintenance is minimal. Heats sufficiently with a space heater. Stays cool in summer. Has three openable windows. Great Airbnb, hipcamp, guestroom or RV. Electric: plugs into regular home outlet and comes with solar set-up minus battery (only the panel is installed on roof, all other components are included in price but not installed). Plumbing: comes with small water heater under sink, water pump and holding tank (not currently installed). You can also have a plumber hook this up directly to water. Propane: needs to be hooked up but a propane canister is included and affixes to a location on the trailer. Tiny house is not registered. It comes with a Bill of Sale and can be registered for travel through NM DMV.
