There are many electrical outlets, built-in ceiling lights, a built-in couch and flip-down butcher block table/desk, ceiling fan, and a window air conditioner. The cabinet mounted electric heater [the size of a large book] provides ample warmth on a cold day thanks to insulation installed on every wall, ceiling and floor. The small fan on the composting toilet keeps the place smelling sweet. Made in Massachusetts by a creative builder who loves wood, this unique house can be viewed by serious buyers only in Efland, near the triangle region in North Carolina. We hate to part with this gem, but we don't have a space on our property. It must be viewed to appreciate the craftsmanship and built-in storage nooks.
