12’ tiny house with a full size bathroom

This is a 96 square foot tiny house with a full sized bathroom, large loft, and all the room needed for someone who’s single or married it has a tankless water heater as well as a stackable ventless washer and dryer. It has a brand new trailer tongue and jack. The exterior is galvanized steel sheeting with vinyl trim. The interior consists of white shiplap with cedar trim, the main level is floored with laminate and the loft with incredibly soft carpet. It has never been used but is built on the reclaimed trailer of an old camper. It has been professionally spay foamed for insulation, everywhere but the sub floor. This tiny house has been built by a 17 year old who was given a free trailer by his school, he was supervised in his building by men who knew in what manner things are to be properly built, while the plumbing and wiring was done by an outside party. The goal is to sell this one in order to build bigger and better.
