It is RVIA certified through NOAH. (National organization for alternative housing) Timber framed with cedar Tongue and groove siding. The metal roof is copper-toned Yet can be changed to any color by you and includes three Velux skylights, one of which opens in the loft for extra light or star-gazing at night. The interior siding is shiplap pine that has been painted a beautiful eggshell snowy white. There is a -one-of-a-kind, hand-made stained glass window that separates the wall of the downstairs bedroom / living room, you won't find this beautiful piece anywhere else! ( for all orders we will create your own unique Stain-glass, custom-made for you! ) Insulated with sheeps wool by Havelock wool company (a sustainable answer to Insulation). The subfloor and walls are R21 all the way around, to stay cool in the summer and warm on those cozy winter nights. We have created a unique downstairs sleeping/living room area where the dual couches add bed slats to create a bed. This bed uses the cushions from the couches to create a sleeping area that is 6” wider than a queen-sized mattress and 16” longer. Easy to set up and take down ! Beneath the couch’s are custom-made Hatch style storage areas with tons of room for all your belongings. There is a beautiful picture window in this room that is perfect for sipping morning coffee in bed while watching the world go by. This house includes but is not limited to: -2 bedrooms - downstairs and loft -full kitchen -deep metal sink -mid-sized energy saving fridge -Furrion 3 in 1 stove/oven -mini-split AC and heater (cools and heats the whole place in minutes. ) -LG washer/dryer combo unit -large shower with exposed copper fixtures and 12” custom copper rain shower-head -Separette composting toilet (can be plumbed for flush toilet upon preference) -bathroom sink and illuminated vanity mirror -built in Bluetooth surround sound system that Bumps! -breakfast table and seating nook -vinyl plank flooring -reclaimed barn wood accent walls And reclaimed barn door or pocket door to separate the bathroom from the house. All this can be customized and made for you in about two or three months! This home is certified by NOAH 3-rd party certification services and fully ready to be parked at any RV park in the nation and is also legally allowed to be towed on the highway.
