Little Blue House

Cute little blue tiny home nestled in north Portland. I only lived in the house for a year and kept the house in fantastic shape. Comes with all the appliances and furniture listed in the photos, plus a hot water heater, 75ft power cable (30amp), and 100ft water hose hookup. I also installed a grey water system if you plan on going off the grid that can easily be converted back to sewage access. The house is on wheels and can be towed by an F-250 (it weighs just under 13,000 lbs). I absolutely loved this little house, and the only reason I'm selling it is that I moved across the country and couldn't take it with me. It was the perfect first home for me, and maybe it could be for you too!
