Neshaminy Tiny House

Built a few years ago but has never been lived in and was recently painted on the exterior. This cute house has floor to ceiling knotty pine with lots of clever storage space. There is a nice size kitchen with a three burner stove and butcher block counters. The bathroom has a small tub/shower with ceramic tile wall and a small sink. There is a flight of stairs up to a loft area that is large enough to hold a queen size bed and some storage. It does need a few items like a refrigerator (all set up for this) and either a compost toilet or flush toilet. Your choice. It has a small 12v system with battery storage that can be hooked to solar panels. Some 12v lights, heater, water heater and even the refrigerator are wired for this.
