Hogwarts Express

I have lived in the Hogwarts express for over 2 years now. It has been the best experience and the coziest little home. My family has our grown this beautiful home, and unfortunately do not have the land for it anymore. I want this adorable home to go to someone who will love and take care of it. Below is the information from the builder. The Hogwarts Inn Express on a 24' trailer. Fully furnished & decorated. The design includes each 'House' of Hogwarts, & main elements of the books. Large bathroom w 36" shower & vanity. Kitchen includes sink, fridge, mini-microwave, portable cooktop. Gryffindor living room has a convertible sofa, chair, roku smart tv. Ravenclaw loft features 5" memory foam mattress. Smaller loft over the bathroom features small area that will fit a twin mattress . Accessible by steps, which create a Cupboard Under the Stairs, a tiny cubby that could be closet or reading nook. Trailer is rv-compliant, 14,000-lb capacity axels, emergency break-away kit, brake lights, safety chain. Seven tempered double-pane, double strength windows( still in decent shape, can send pictures), closed cell insulation, ERV, 125-amp electric panel, on-demand water heater. Working around the wheel wells and rods, we included extra structural support than typical 16" on center stud placement. The trailer came w built-in rods for bolting the house down. We added Simpson strong-ties for extra strength. Exterior features 1/2" sheathing, house wrap, Mortairvent rain screen w bug screen, LP Smartside panel siding. In addition to being a fully-functioning home, there is so much fantasy and joy in the decor. Ready for the true Harry Potter fan! Comes with everything shown. Ready to move to your lot and move right in! If you're not a Harry Potter fan, the interior is quite neutral. Remove the HP decor items, & add your own personal style! Perfect home AND Business: It's mobile! You can set up shop anywhere that works for you. If the consumer traffic doesn't work in one area, hook it back up to the truck & more to a more profitable space! Depending on local restrictions, save $$$ living in your place of business!
