* Must be moved * 14’x40’ - 560sqft - 1b 1ba Fully insulated, foamed and sealed. Electrical is ran and fully functional. Bedroom has white pine walls and walnut trim. The floors are a gray oak life-proof planks. The accent walls throughout the house are a mix of cedar, cherry, maple, white pine, walnut, and oak planks. The drywall is hung but unfinished. Our plan was to roughly-mud/texture the drywall entirely with minimal sanding and then coffee stain it. The ceiling is tongue and groove. The PEX plumbing is finished and has been pressure tested. The bathroom needs the PVC plumbing for drainage. The bathroom has a temporary composting toilet, we had to move away before we got to do septic/sewer. Bathroom floors are also life-proof planks. Kitchen is unfinished. Wired in and water lines installed. Needs PVC and finished with walls and flooring. Cabinets are present as well as hookups for stove and laundry. The lofts are unfinished and are each 140sqft. Used for storage. The front stairs and side deck can be removed and kept/reinstalled or discarded. We heated it with space heaters which worked well. Cooled with AC window units with plans to install a split unit before having to leave. Metal Roof, LP Siding. Blocks for the building and parts for a temporary electrical pole are included. We have a moving company. If cash and sold for an appropriate price, we will pay for the moving of the building.
