The Minimalist

The minimalist is designed to offer everything you need for a small living apartment. This 8x16 space includes a full bathroom, kitchen, washer/ dryer, loft area, and seating bench. It comes with six picture windows and two opening windows. Kitchenette is complete with upper and lower cabinets, electric stovetop, sink, and butcher block countertop with desk area. Bathroom comes with shower, toilet and sink Spacious loft provides a cozy getaway space, with ladder Bench area has lift up storage compartments *pillows not included* White pine paneling for the interior walls, and waterproof vinyl flooring.
