This unit features a premium tile package in both the bathroom and kitchen, with optional upper cabinets or floating shelves as desired by the customer. Unit is fully outfitted for off-grid living with a solar-ready roof, blackwater tank, and efficient electrical appliances. The kitchen features a full-size fridge, oversized farmhouse sink, and electric stovetop with oven. Unit includes both 110 and 220V electrical to serve the kitchen appliances, HVAC, and all lighting. Delivery and site installation available within the Texas Triangle (SA, Austin, DFW, and Houston). West TX and neighboring states might require an additional delivery charge.
