2021 Clear Creek 26' Tiny home built by Tiny IdaHomes. Everything you need is in place. This home has all the certifications and many extras to make tiny home living easy. Stationary sleeping loft and one electric drop down loft large enough for full bed allow sleeping room for up to 5 people. The bathroom has full sized toilet and 4ft shower as well as additional closet space and storage shelves. There is a stackable washer and dryer with storage space and 2 closets under steps.. There is a ductless heat pump and also a propane furnace for those really cold nights. We upgraded to an instantaneous water heater so there is plenty of hot water available. We lived full time in and enjoyed our time in the Tiny, but life situations(a new Grand baby) made it necessary for us move and we have to send the tiny on to its next owners.
