Used Tiny Home

I have a Tiny Home for sle it's a 10×20 with an upstairs loft, a kitchen and bathroom and electrical wiring already installed. But the only downfall about it is that back in January we had a small house fire it started in the bathroom and that's the only place that received any fire damage we are trying to repair as much as we can afford. We invested 25,000 dollars into it to make it suitable for living, it shouldn't take much to repair it, so I think the price we are asking for is very reasonable and a good deal, it will have to be moved off the property. We are asking 3,000 OBO.
