Melbourne, VictoriaListed November 27, 2018
$60,000

Description
A worlds first, Bushfire resistant Tiny House on Wheels. This house is also passively heated, fully off-grid and completed in my own Farm-punk style.
This Tiny will sell Via an EBAY Auction ending on the 11th of December 2018, the starting bid will be $60,000
Ive adapted Australian standards for a Bushfire Attack Level 29, to make this house on wheels appropriate for Australian bush conditions. It should be placed 15 metres minimum from Eucalypts trees. I've used over 40 fire resistant techniques and 20 fire resistant products.
The passive heating requires sunlight on the northern side and some attention to climate conditions. The house stays between 17-25 degrees for around 90 percent of days, tested over a 3 month period in Kinglake, Victoria. It also holds its heat incredibly well overnight. An automatic heat fan is installed, and so to are Fire fighting extinguishers, smoke alarms and a fire blanket.
Self contained with an Air head Composting toilet, gravity fed shower, stove top hot water, 400 litre water tank and a 630 watt solar system. The electrics are all 12 volt, the stove is LPG. An internal herb garden is also included.
Some luxury items include, projector and screen, hammock, versatile table and chair set up, custom upholstery, Ample storage, fold up deck, versatile kitchen set up. The doors are chalk board, the house is a very fun, comfy space and the permanent ladder allows rooftop access.
The stairs are simple and really easy to use, allowing you to stand straight up next to the bed. full length hanging space next to the bed. Steel window shutters are also included for fire prevention and sunlight deflection.
There are three permanent beds including an extra wide double bed with additional header for extra length. The dining table also converts into a small double bed. 1.9 metres tall is the intended maximum height of the occupants. Age should not be a limit as the stair case has only 7 standard size stairs and has great handrails.
