Completed in 2020; Used a total of 4 times; always garage kept! Built with the adventurer in mind. Garage/Storage: Bring your toys: motorcycle/dual sports/mountain bikes/small atv/electric bikes… with a full ramp on the rear, they can come and be stored safely inside. Custom crafted in a Cargo Mate Exploration 1 (21’ X 8.5’ car hauler trailer with loading ramp). This well thought out 180 s.f home has a 5,000 lb dry weight with an additional 5,000 lb of legal cargo carrying capacity!!! Exploration 1 is legal for road use and/or parking placement in every state! LED Recessed puck lights throughout set up in zones according to spacial use. Cedar wall accents and a humidity collector helps to keep the home nice and dry. Bedroom space: Sleeps 5-6 comfortably: Full bed; two slim twin bunk beds; & a jackknife sofa bed. Curtain divider can provide privacy by dividing the space in two. Each bed has bedside reading lamps, 110V & 12V outlets and phone/book storage. 4 closets for hanging clothes; 2 shoe storage cabinets; large 4 drawer dresser; & plenty of cabinetry for storage. Electrical: 30 amp or 15 amp (120 V) compatible; 100 Ah LiPO4 Battery storage with Victron BMV-712 monitor. The 120V system is set up completely separate from the 12V system so energy is not lost through the inversion process, maximizing your ability to remain off grid for longer. 30 Amp power supply cord rolls up inside for safe and secure storage and transportation. GFCI outlets in ‘wet’ areas of the home. (11) 110V receptacles and (8) 12V receptacles are spread throughout the home for ease of use in each space as needed. Water: 42 gal. fresh storage, 30 gal. grey, or use the city water connect with included check valve for unlimited water supply. (2) portable 6 gallon supplemental fresh water containers available upon request expanded mobility. Shurflo 3.0 gpm pump and pre-pressurized accumulator tank ensure plenty of water pressure while conserving water usage. On-demand hot water heater. Enclosed underbelly with heating pads on the holding tanks and pipes. Heat: propane or electric (when connected to power) Air: (2) MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe Units with remotes, exterior covers, and rain-sensing capabilities. (1) 12” X 12’ Fantastic Fan EZ Power Vent for the restroom. Insulation: 1.5” polystyrene insulation panels in the ceiling, floor and walls. Why the smaller windows? Tinted 12” X 18” windows were utilized between the steel studs to not compromise the structural integrity of the home, and maintaining the home’s full 5,000 lb. (additional) cargo carrying capacity. Plenty of windows were utilized to provide a nice open, light feel to the space. Window insulators are also provided for keeping in (or out) the heat and providing full black-out privacy. All windows and doors are screened to keep out the mosquitoes and bugs. Kitchen: Considerable kitchen space with 14.5 linear ft of counter space!; hardwood cabinetry; lazy susan; double bowl galley sink; overhead storage; propane or double induction cooktop available; leather pull handles on drawers/cabinet doors; cabinet latches; wall mounted wire fruit/veggie baskets; under-cabinet led lighting top and bottom; obligatory banana hammock ;-) 120 Quart cooler was chosen for extended off-grid stays without drawing power from your LiPO4 power bank. A custom Insulated box was constructed for the cooler beneath the elegant waterfall countertop, keeping blocks of ice for 14 days. However, if future owner ever wanted to switch to a plug-in chest refrigerator/freezer, 110V & 12V outlets were installed and are ready to receive the unit of your choice. Dining: 5’ table for dining, games, work etc. with an additional 4 solid wood dinner tray storage built in for indoor, deck, or outdoor dining options. Restroom: 36” X 36” single-piece shower stall with 6’4” clearance; Body Spa Oxygenics water conserving shower head w/60” hose; Extend-a-shower rod maximizes space in the shower and restroom; Towel hooks; Choice of brand new toilet system to be chosen by buyer; Mirrored vanity bath storage cabinet; Retractable clothesline in shower stall for ease of drying swimsuits, towels, laundry, and other gear. Full length mirror. Lighting: Over 20 LED light fixtures provide ample lighting, configurable by living zone; Docking/spreader lights on each exterior side with individual switching. Crane neck dimming LED reading lamps near master bed. Under cabinet LED lights top and bottom. Exterior: In addition to the indoor shower, there is also an outdoor shower with both hot and cold: Great for rinsing off at the beach, after working out, or for rinsing off pets and gear. Separate gravity fill and pressurized city water connections with check valve installed. Exterior hose bibs allow for water access as well as easy drainage of potable and gray water systems. Exterior electrical receptacle. Exterior docking/spreader lights on each side with individual switches. 3,200 lb toy loading ramp can be quickly converted into a 2,000 lb capacity suspended deck for fishing, reading, outdoor dinners, you name it. Exterior aluminum ladder for roof access. 270 degrees of possible awning with rail system can be configured as desired; with top mounted roller ball on door to prevent canopy tears. Extra wide entry door for loading and unloading all your equipment/appliances/gear, etc. Safety: Smoke and CO detector; fire extinguisher; 4-corner stabilizer jacks and wheel chocks provided for stable parking and living. Weather station: Digital Indoor Thermometer Hygrometer with Clock, Large LCD Display, Humidity/Temperature Monitor with 9.8ft/3m Sensor Wire Height Clearance/Towing: 8’10” total height and v-nose provides far less wind resistance in-tow and good overhead clearance (only 9’ clearance* required - *note: when MaxxAir fan covers are in their closed position!)… SIGNIFICANTLY better clearance and towing height than most tiny homes and travel trailers on the market today; and still provides 6’5” of ceiling height clearance inside.
