Tiny home on wheels

Ready for customization! Built by a contractor and his son, and hauled from tri cities to goldendale, then to Wenatchee. Professional electrical, insulation, and is pre plumbed for water in, including water heater never used. Since I have owned it I have only used it as an exterior bedroom. I have installed metal flashing Uber the home and sealed, and insulated under the home. I have also completely cleaned and painted the frame of the trailer to prevent rust. Trailer brakes have been installed recently by a mechanic. This home is very light weight and hauls very well as most of the weight is on the front of the home. This is perfect for use as an exterior office, guest house, airbnb, sheshed, or whatever else you dream up!
